Objektas randasi naujos statybos butų komplekse Žvėryne, 48 m²- butas yra skirtas nuomai. Šio nestandartinio buto pirminis išplanavimas buvo visai kitoks,tad teko erdves perplanuoti. Dabartiniai dizaino sprendimai buvo orientuoti į erdvės išplėtimą ir natūralios šviesos išnaudojimą pagrindinėms zonoms. Miegamojo ir virtuvės patalpos buvo sukeistos vietomis. Šis perplanavimas suteikė galimybę patekti į abu lauko plotus iš bendro naudojimo erdvių. Čia labai nestandartinis butas, nes turi ir balkoną ir vidine lauko terasa, kas manau yra labai didelis privalumas , nes tai tiesiog pratęsia svetaines erdve ir didina busto plota. Vienas iš iššūkių buvo pakeisti pradinį planą ir rasti tinkamus,ergonomiškai patogius ir estetiškus sprendimus, kurie atitiktų kliento poreikius ir užtikrintų efektyvų dizainą. Tai reikalavo kūrybingumo bei atidumo detalėms, tačiau tokių iššūkių sprendimas mane džiugina ir yra itin įdomus ir apdovanojantis procesas, tai ir galima pamatyti galutiniame rezultate. The property is situated in a newly constructed apartment complex in Žvėrynas. The apartment has a total area of 48 square meters and is intended for rental. The initial layout of this non-standard apartment was quite different, necessitating a reconfiguration of the spaces. Current design decisions were aimed at expanding the space and making the most of natural light in the primary areas. The bedroom and kitchen areas were swapped in position. This rearrangement provided access to both outdoor areas from common-use spaces. This apartment is nonstandard, featuring both a balcony and an inner court terrace, which I believe is a significant advantage as it extends the living room area and increases the overall space. One of the challenges was to alter the initial plan and find suitable, ergonomically comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing solutions that would meet the client's needs and ensure an efficient design. This required creativity and attention to detail, but solving such challenges brings me delight and is a very interesting and rewarding process, which is reflected in the final result.
