Darbo autorė: Adelė Dambrauskaitė Darbo lokacija: Rokiškis, Lietuva Darbo trumpas apibūdinimas: XX a. baigtas statyti Rokiškio miesto dvaras , rūmų kompleksas ir šiandien džiugina miesto gyventojus. Vienas iš pastatų – buvusi virtuvės oficina, kuri užima 200 m2 ploto, stovi visai šalia centrinių rūmų ir yra naudojama kaip sandėliavimo patalpa. Nors Rokiškio miestas nėra didelis, jis nuolat plečiasi ir gražėja, tad šis projektas yra kaip idėja - pasiūlymas dvaro administracijai bei visam miestui - atgaivinti istorinį pastatą bei sukurti mieste dar vieną vietą, kurioje pulsuotų gyvenimas. Šiuo metu prie dvaro rūmų nėra jokios kavinės, o toks objektas, kuriame nuolat šurmuliuoja žmonės, galėtų duoti papildomą pelną bei suteikti papildomų pramogų. Edukacinėje erdvėje bei istorija grįstoje kavinėje pavadinimu „Antrasis stalas“ žmonės kviečiami į dvarą pažiūrėti šiek tiek kitu kampu. Nors grafai buvo kilmingi žmonės, jų valdymo schema neveiktų be tarnų ir pavaldinių. Šis projektas simbolizuoja sunkų darbą dirbusių žmonių (tarnų, darbininkų) kasdienybę bei tas laisvas minutes, kai visi sėsdavo prie vieno didelio bendro stalo ir jausdavosi kaip šeima. Pagal šį projektą vykdoma edukacija supažindintų lankytojus su „antrojo stalo“ valgių pasirinkimais bei etiketu. One of the buildings is the former kitchen office, which occupies an area of 200 m2, stands right next to the central palace and is used as a storage room. Although Rokiškis is a small town, it is constantly expanding and beautifying, so this project is like a conceptual proposal for the administration of the estate and the whole town, to revive the historical building and create another place in the town where life would pulsate. Currently, there is no cafe near the manor house, and such an object, where people are constantly bustling, could bring additional profit and provide additional entertainment. People are invited to look at the manor from a slightly different angle in the educational space and the history-based cafe named "Antras stalas". Although the earls were great men, their scheme of government would not work without servants and subjects. This project symbolizes the everyday life of people who worked hard and those free minutes when everyone sat down at one big common table and felt like a family. The education carried out in the project would acquaint visitors with table service choices and etiquette.
