LT Kompaktiškas dviejų kambarių butas, Baltupiuose, Vilniuje. Buto plotas apie 50 kv.m., kuriuose turime svetainę su virtuvės -salos zona, izoliuotą miegamąjį, sanmazgą ir erdvų balkoną. Dalis buto yra po kaimyninio buto terasa, ko pasekoje turime skirtingą lubų lygį – pradžioje tai atrodė kaip minusas, tačiau jį paryškinus, pavyko paversti išskirtinumu – aukščių skirtumas yra ties sala – centrine bendros svetainės virtuvės, ašimi, tai natūraliai zonuoja virtuvės ir poilsio zonas. Aukštesnėje plokštumoje sumontuoti ąžuolu faneruoti mdf brūseliai. EN Compact two-room apartment in Baltupiai, Vilnius. The area of the apartment is about 50 square meters, where we have a living room with a kitchen-island area, an isolated bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious balcony. Part of the apartment is under the terrace of the neighboring apartment, as a result of which we have a different ceiling level - at the beginning it seemed like a minus, but after highlighting it, we managed to turn it into an exception - the height difference is at the island - the central axis of the common living room kitchen, which naturally zones the kitchen and lounge areas. Oak veneered slats are installed on the higher plane.
