LT Lakoniškos architektūros administracinis pastatas yra artimas kubo formai. Kubo viduryje stovintis verslo klasės lėktuvas „Bombardier CRJ200“ yra eksponuojamas ne tik pastato lankytojams, bet ir praeiviams, siekiant praplėsti aplink pastatą tvarkomą viešąją erdvę ir po stogu. Pirmajame pastato aukšte lauko atitvaros maksimaliai išskaidrintos norint pagerinti matomumą. Skaidrumas taip pat kviečia ne tik pasigrožėti unikaliu architektūriniu sprendimu pravažiuojant, bet ir užeiti, pamatyti jį iš arčiau. Pirmasis pastato aukštas skirtas visuomenei, renginiams ir maitinimo paslaugoms - picerijai. Antras-septintas aukštai skirti biurams, darbuotojų poilsiui, pasitarimams. Pastato centrinėje dalyje suprojektuotas didelis atriumas, o pastato stoge numatytas 22x22 m stoglangis visoms vidaus erdvėms suteikia natūralų apšvietimą. EN The administrative building of laconic architecture is close to the shape of a cube. Placed in the middle of the cube, the Bombardier CRJ200 business class jet is displayed not only to the visitors of the building but also to passers-by in order to expand the public space around the building to the space under the roof. On the first floor of the building, the outdoor partitions are maximally clarified to improve visibility. The transparency also invites you not only to admire the unique architectural piece while passing by but also to enter inside and see it up close. The first floor of the building is dedicated to the public, events and catering services - a pizzeria. The second-seventh floors are for offices, employees’ rest, and meetings. A large atrium is designed in the central part of the building, and a 22x22 m skylight designed on the roof of the building provides natural lighting to all interior spaces.
